Verity represents a wide range of planning and development proposals such as outline, PIP, full applications, Class Q, Class R and other types of Prior Approval. Verity manages applications involving change of use, demolition and rebuild, conversion schemes, infill, rounding off, previously developed land, lawful development certificates, planning enforcement issues and appeals to the Planning Inspectorate. Verity is well known for her clear reporting style, professional knowledge and constructive approach in working through complex planning issues.
Verity is an RICS Accredited Mediator and Member of The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. Verity mediates disputes in the land, property, construction & built environment sector.
Verity provides valuations for various purposes as an RICS Registered Valuer such as for secured lending purposes and expert witness work.
After being awarded the Goldstand Medal on graduation as Top Student in 2003 from the Royal Agricultural College at Cirencester, Verity became the World's youngest Chartered Surveyor in 2005.

Verity secured planning consent for a new dwelling for a professional Cornish show jumper after he received a negative pre-application response from the Local Planning Authority.
Verity gained planning consent in Cornwall for a brand new racing yard, including a dwelling, American barn, hay barn, horse walker, solarium and full size arena.
