After being awarded the Goldstand Medal on graduation as Top Student from the Royal Agricultural College, Cirencester, Verity went on to become the World's youngest Chartered Surveyor and, over the past fifteen years, has become a specialist in the rural planning field.
With a particular interest in planning law and emerging policy, Verity has researched thousands of class Q appeals nationwide as well as a wide range of other planning decisions about development in the countryside. Verity is well known for her clear reporting style, professional knowledge and ability to deliver project outcomes in a timely fashion.
Verity secured planning consent for a new dwelling for a professional Cornish show jumper after he received a negative pre-application response from the Local Planning Authority.
Verity gained planning consent in Cornwall for a brand new racing yard, including a dwelling, American barn, hay barn, horse walker, solarium and full size arena.
