After being awarded the Goldstand Medal on graduation as Top Student from the Royal Agricultural College, Cirencester, Verity went on to become the World's youngest Chartered Surveyor in 2005 and has since become a specialist in the planning field.
With a particular interest in planning law and emerging policy, Verity has researched thousands of appeals nationwide and deals with a wide range of Class Q and Class R development on farms, as well as infill residential sites, rounding off, previously developed land, lawful development certificates, planning enforcement issues and projects in the commercial, business and service sector. Verity is well known for her clear reporting style, professional knowledge and constructive approach in working through complex planning issues.
Verity secured planning consent for a new dwelling for a professional Cornish show jumper after he received a negative pre-application response from the Local Planning Authority.
Verity gained planning consent in Cornwall for a brand new racing yard, including a dwelling, American barn, hay barn, horse walker, solarium and full size arena.
